Misguided Hero- Poet CJ

A hero in a cape dashing to the rescue
Destroyed by fate and forced to choose a new vessel

Rising from the ashes to pursue dreams left behind
Gaining substance and value as he increases his grind

With a new vision and set of eyes to match
The hero marches forward and doesn’t look back

Smashing limitations and ascending to his peak
All while assisting the strong and helping the weak

This hero doesn’t need any recognition
He only needs to be sure with his vision

Unwaivering and immovable stands the hero
Even an army’s chance at taking him down stands at zero

Once blinded by the world a hero is reborn
To return to the throne where his crown was worn

The hero seeing clearly now marks his own path
To journey and heal leaving behind wraith
