Perspective- Poet CJ

A shift in your perspective
Can change your true objective

Though these thoughts were neglected
They are now immensely respected

A truth once neglected
Must now be accepted

That we are one with the stars
As we look on from Mars

The perspective shifts to them
It’s no longer you, this vision is within

You take a new role
To watch the hearts you stole

As they grow old
They’ll take your position once you fold

This is a life of perspective
Knowing that you must be happy with your reflection

We all have our pursuits of happiness
While avoiding these spirit tragedies

Look from your true eyes to see the impossible
As you beat the odds and do the improbable

This is all a matter of perspective
