Daring to dream- Poet CJ

In a world where dreamers are discouraged and cast aside
I dare to dream with a sense of pride

It’s impossible to determine exactly how long I can dream or how far I can take it
The only thing I know is that I can’t fake it

See I dream so loudly that it can be heard in your sleep
Maybe even calling out for you to dream and speak

Currently dreamers are undermined and underrated
While speakers are praised and justly hated

When these elements come together it takes perfect form
They begin to brew the dream storm

Where everything that you see is a wild world of majestic truth
Unwavering in it’s bare roots

This is the power in the ability to dream
It’s worth more than any coin or dollar that’s blue or green

It’s immeasurable in value while providing so much
It’s timed by many infinite to us

Those who dare to dream
