The Villain- Poet CJ

A great heroic story isn’t complete without a nemesis
Someone to push them far enough to see if they are limitless

At the end of day the hero needs something to keep them going
Just as a rapper needs to keep their rhymes flowing

Just as a doctor needs to keep a steady hand
Much like the Monster that destroys everything it can

The Villain brings conflict and opposing opinions
To the Heroes already questionable existence

Without a great villain what is a heroes purpose?
To solve simple problems and never experience the trials of this journey?

The Yin to the Heroes Yang
The opposite of joy is obviously pain

The moral of the tale is the Villain is necessary
So when the time comes the hero is very ready

To overcome a villain is a tremendous achievement
Yet if you told your tale to the villain they wouldn’t believe it
